Le Poomse implique une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de mouvements, y compris des coups de poing, des coups de pied, des coudes et des genoux, qui englobent la base du sport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les mouvements traditionnels du taekwondo peuvent ressembler \u00e0 ceux utilis\u00e9s en comp\u00e9tition, mais ils sont principalement utilis\u00e9s comme moyen de d\u00e9velopper la force mentale et physique. B\u00e9n\u00e9fiques au d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;autod\u00e9fense et de la confiance en soi, les mouvements sont n\u00e9anmoins plus d\u00e9tendus et m\u00e9ditatifs que les autres cours de Chong Lee. En effet, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 s&#8217;entra\u00eener \u00e0 leur rythme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le cours de taekwondo traditionnel (poomse) est offert en petits et grands groupes.
